Randi Pratt is a Technologist and Chief Draftsman at Pwrco Engineering Ltd. with over 20 years drafting experience in AutoCAD and ELCAD.  He has worked for the last eight years on the substations and generating plants on the Kootenay River and substations throughout the Kootenays and Okanagan.
